Where are we located?
Hygiology have two offices - one in Bondi Junction, Sydney and another in Byron Bay on the NSW North Coast.

Damaged products / incorrect products sent / etc?

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, or it is not what you ordered, please contact us ASAP (via shop @ and we will facilitate a speedy resolution. Hygiology will cover postage costs
  • When entering your delivery address, unless you provide authority to leave the package (if you are not home), the courier will either take your delivery to the local post office or depot (usually leaving a card in your mailbox advising so)
  • If an order is 'lost in transit' it will be sent back to our office, in which case we will resend the product and incur the cost if there is one. It is very rare for this to occur

International delivery

  • We deliver internationally at a flat rate of $29 per order. Depending on your location, orders arrive within 4 - 11 business days.
