Orthoplex MitoLift is a potent supplement that may be of assistance in conditions associated with mitochondrial dysfuntion and oxidative stress.

Mitochondrial dysfunction has been associated with a wide range of conditions including fatigue syndromes, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, bipolar disease and migraine.

The mitochondria are rich in antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase and reductase. However, the oxidant effects of reactive oxygen species can result in the depletion of critical protective antioxidants. If this occurs there will be increased susceptibility to cellular damage, for instance alterations in electrolyte transport across the cell membranes, and lower energy production.

Orthoplex MitoLift is gluten, lactose and glucose free - suitable for vegetarians.

Adults: Take 1 tablet with each meal or as prescribed.

Q. Hi
whats a good vitamin for energy?
Thank you:)

The major supplements for Energy are magnesium and B complex.  I see you have tried these in the past.  Another option is CoQ10 which stimulates oxygen production at cellular level.  You consider try Eagle Ubiquinol Q10150 or a combination product called Mitolift.

Q. Just wanting some advice please. Currently taking: MitoLift, NeuroLift, PreACh, PreGABA, Zinc, Iron for depression, anxiety and fatigue, also brain fog.

Recently prescribed / started: Metagenics EnergyX & Orthoplex B Vital. When I start to take these two new supplements, I'm going to stop taking the MitoLift, PreACh and NeuroLift - or can NeuroLift still be taken with the two above products?

Can the PreGABA, Zinc and Iron also be taken without any adverse interactions?

On EnergyX and B Vital you won't need the single Zinc. Take these powders together in the morning - don't take too late at night, as they will keep you awake. Keep on the PreGABA and Iron. Drop the Mitolift and PreACh as it's covered in the others. Keep on the NeuroLift - its an excellent herbal formula for nervous system support.
