Customer questions / expert answers

Q. hello
my son takes Nardil and antidepressant and was told that they deplete B vitamins especially 6 and 12 he is only 34 and is always stiff like his 80 can you please advise what he would benefit taking thanking you Lyndy

That is correct.  I would recommend a complete B complex like Activated B - 2 per day with food.   Also for stiffness consider fish oils - 3 per day - this is a Bioceutical product, you can just add to cart when needed.

Q. Are you able to source pure encapsulations b complex ?

We do not carry this range, but the closest we have is Pure Innovation Activated B, which is an a B formula in 'activated' form, rendering it more bioavailable - ie easily absorbed.

Q. My 21 year old son is very dark under the eyes, he does do shift work but generally gets plenty of sleep. He does go to the Gym once a day, and has plenty of meat and vegetables. I was just wondering if he is lacking a vitamin or mineral.

I suggest you consider Pre-Dop which will give nutritional support for the shift work.  Dark circles under the eyes generally indicate poor adrenal function and he would benefit from a multi like Activated B - best taken in the morning - 1 capsule daily.
