Thank you for your recent order. Your questionnaire states you have previously been prescribed the product ordered. Later this year we will provide a service where you can search for your naturopath, who will process this order for you

In the meantime, please send through a copy of your prescription to naturopath@hygiology.com.au. If you do not currently have a prescription, please resubmit your questionnaire (click "Resubmit" below), completing as much detail as possible. This is a longer questionnaire, and ensures the Hygiology in-house naturopath has the information required to correctly prescribe for your specific health status.

Until this process is complete, we are unable to process your order. We understand you weren't required to complete this information the first time you ordered. Please know we are conscious of keeping the process as simple as possible for you. You can email info@hygiology.com.au if you have questions regarding this.

Once you re-submit your questionnaire, our naturopath will review ASAP, provide recommendations, and confirm your order status.
