    Dosage:

    Adults: Take one 5mL dose (1 teaspoon) in water or juice once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.

    Q. what do you recommend to assist with weak brittle fingernails. Take calcium support and eat healthy but my fingernail are of poor condition, any thoughts.

     Protein plays a vital role in fingernail health.   Check how much you are taking.  Also is your digestion stable?  Are you absorbing your protein?  Do you get digestive upsets?  If this is fine, the other consideration is Silica which strengthens nail growth.  Take 1 teaspoon of Silica liquid daily.

    Q. I have been buying my health products from your site for quite some time and have always been really happy with the recommendations, advice & price.

    I am currently taking the High potency Vit C aswel as a high strength fish oil. My diet is rich in fruits, veggies, grains & healthy fats however Im noticing a lack of overall hydration in my body. My eyes are dry/red and getting worst and worst in these colder moths & my even the skin on my face appears to be dryer than usual! I use a great moisturizer, so I dont want a tropical cream etc. Im looking at something I can induce? Some sort of supplement to sooth & replenish tired/dry eyes and skin?

    Any recommendations?
    Im due for my next order of Vit C soon so advise when you can & ill maybe add it to my next order!

     Fish oils are great for skin.  You can improve hydration by drinking coconut water daily. Silica plays a big role in skin integrity - Consider Silica liquid - you can add to water daily.  Hydrate in winter with a piece of fresh ginger in your water with lemon - drink water luke-warm or at room temperature during winter.
