Summary:
Sodium and phosphate are involved in the regulation of extracellular fluid and pH. Sulfate is present in mucus secreted by epithelial goblet cells and is a component of many types of connective tissue where it is often associated with potassium.

- The easy-to-swallow tablet can be halved or crushed to facilitate low-dose prescribing for infants and children
Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 12 years - As professionally prescribed.
Warning:
Caution may be required in some patients due to sodium content.
Sodium may increase the risk of oedema associated with antihypertensive agents (calcium channel blockers, vasodilators), corticosteroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, oestrogens, liquorice and carbenoxolone.
Active Ingredients - each tablet contains:
- Sodium phosphate - dibasic anhydrous 260 mg
- elemental sodium 84.2 mg
- Potassium sulfate 33 mg
- elemental potassium 14.8 mg
- Contains 120mg of lactose
