    Customer questions / expert answers

    Q. There is a lot of mixed opinions about soy - the last naturopath I saw advised me to cut out dairy (to help clear acne) and I have switched to soy lattes instead of skim ones. I was also having natural soy protein powder in shakes in an effort to avoid whey, however the naturopath still preferred that I have whey protein over soy, but did not explain why soy is so bad (I've recently been diagnosed with PCOS, but I'm not sure that was relevant). I notice the IsoWhey products you have are very low in lactose, so I am giving these a try.

Anyway, my question is, is soy something I should avoid entirely, or is a daily coffee okay?
    A.

Soy and caffeine will not help the management of PCOS, see link below:-

Iso Whey is a good product, see how you go with this. The best protein powder on the market so far is rice protein (hypo-allergenic, but still high protein).  Bioceutical Aminoplex contains 65% rice protein.
